I would like to begin with a very big THANK YOU to Sara Lauro. She made the transition of selling my father’s home a breeze. Her job went over and above what any agent would have done. My superhero. Not only did she suggest a great senior residency that my father loves, but she also made the transition for him very easy. I swear he is in love with her LOL. She helped with making the family understand the market and worked her hardest for my father. Not an easy job coming from a family of different opinions. The transition was seamless, and my father is very happy.

I was under the impression that the role of the agent starts during listing and ends after close of sale. Well, Sara has different opinion. She helped me with preparation of the house for sale, getting contractors for house upgrade, resolving tough issues during the sale and also settling issues after the sale.
